AI calorie tracker for iPhone
Calories measured, not guessed.
Snap your meal with a bottle cap beside it. The cap gives the photo a sense of scale, so portion sizes come from what’s on the plate.
Example estimate
How it works
- 1
Put a bottle cap beside your plate
Any plastic bottle cap. It's about 3 cm across, so it gives the photo a ruler. No cap handy? Skip it and the estimate still works.
- 2
Take one photo
Cappetite reads the plate against the cap and estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat for what's actually there.
- 3
Check it and log it
Adjust an amount if it looks off, then save. Packaged food? Scan the barcode or search instead.
Everything else you need to log a day
Barcode scanner
Packaged food straight from the label, via Open Food Facts.
Search everyday foods
USDA figures for plain foods, in everyday sizes like “1 medium banana”.
Streaks that reward logging
A streak counts the days you log, never how little you eat.
Your data stays yours
Analytics are opt-in. Delete your account and everything with it, from inside the app.
Try it before everyone else
Cappetite is in a small iPhone beta. Email us and we’ll send you a TestFlight invite.
